Kingi lock-seam screws

As weather phenomena intensify, rapid temperature fluctuations have also become more common. On the roof, this is heard as banging when the steel roofing adapts to the changing outdoor temperature. At the fastening points, it causes temporary stresses in the roofing sheet and screw.

The KINGI® lock seam screw has a 0.5 mm thick Teflon sliding washer, which reduces the banging and buckling caused by thermal movement. Its coefficient of friction is the third lowest of all known materials.

In addition, the KINGI® lock seam screw is stable to install and stays on the installation bit thanks to its unusually deep Torx head. It also reduces stripping of the screw head and installation bit.
